This is a lovely recipe for a massage oil blend to support the skin during pregnancy. Apply daily to the tummy and any other areas where stretch marks commonly appear like thighs, breasts, buttocks. You could make this part of your daily birth preparation by combining applying the oil with positive visualisations or use it as an opportunity to connect with baby as you massage your tummy.

Mix the following vegetable oils:

Wheatgerm oil 10 mls

Apricot Kernel oil 10 mls

Avocado oil 50 mls

And then add the following essential oils:

Neroli  3 drops

Tangerine  15 drops

Lavender  3 drops

Store the blend in a clean container in the fridge and use within 4 - 6 weeks.
